I want to recommend this ebook to anyone who wants to get into shape but with structure. It’s a nice 3 month program that uses a variety of exercises such that you won’t plateau in the middle. Don’t let the title mislead you though. Read it and Joe will tell you you won’t be big (unless you follow a strict bulk, which is hard) but rather get man lean. No, this isn’t advertising. I’ve done it and saw some minor changes and see what others would think about. Try it out and see how you like it.
